Perhaps for the first time you are considering the purchase of a memorial to remain as a family record and tribute for future generations.
During this time of great sorrow and out of respect for your privacy, we will not call on you at your home nor will you receive any calls or harassing salespeople representing our company.
A purchase of this importance should not be subject to high pressure salesmanship designed to obtain a quick sale or scare tactics designed and used by some salespeople to erode your confidence or pressure you into making a quick decision about going anywhere else to purchase a memorial.
You should never be told that you can only purchase a memorial from a specific place. A memorial can be purchased from anywhere. the selection should be made from any reputable dealer and not limited to the funeral home or cemetery
“The other company does not guarantee their products, only we do”. You should investigate any place you wish to do business with, before you purchase an item of this value and never take someone else’s word for it
Our process begins with our client’s selecting a monument that will last through the ages to commemorate the life of someone special. We envision that your memorial will serve as a historical record and a source of commemoration for future generations of your family.
Our Design Consultant will explain your options and walk you through the steps in the process. Also, working with your funeral home or cemetery to assure authorization, delivery and installation of their monument.
We have concierge like services, to allow our customers to focus on what matters most in tough times; to be with family and center on memorializing your loved one.
We go through all the options and help you choose from variety of options
On sight or in shop, we visit cemeteries all over Southern Arizona several times a year to add final passing dates and/or additional text to already existing memorials and headstones. We are able to confidently match and engraving style and size whether it was purchased from us or originally done by another company
1
Contact us with the information that you would like engraved. Also, be prepared to provide us with several photos of the memorial which will enable us to provide you with a cost estimate.
If you'd like an estimate please send pictures of the area(s) in need of drywall repair, description, along with your name, address & phone number.
We will get back to you at our next earliest convenience.
Please call if you do not get a return email response within 24hrs
2
After payment is received, we will go to the cemetery and make a “rubbing” to ensure we are matching font and size. note: rubbing is included in the price for inscription in “local tucson cemeteries”. Inscriptions and rubbings are subject to additional charges for mileage on “out of town” service. Often we provide families with materials needed for them to make the rubbings, therefore saving the mileage charge on the rubbing.
3
Once we have completed the engraving, we will notify you by phone/email and send a photo of the finished work
All areas outside the local Tucson area will be charged a nominal delivery/set up fee
